- Securities Essentials: Built to the current FINRA SIE Content Outline (Capital Markets 16%, Products & Risks 44%, Trading/Accounts/Prohibited 31%, Regulatory Framework 9%). Original analogous questions - FINRA exam items are not reproduced. Settlement is T+1 and AML thresholds can change - verify current FINRA/SEC rules before testing.
- Series 7 Exam Coach: Built to the FINRA Series 7 Content Outline (2025-10 edition, on-disk evidence PDF byte-identical to finra.org) and public Rule text (registration category FINRA Rule 1220(b)(2)), fetched and refute-confirmed 2026-07-08: 130 items delivered (125 scored + 5 unidentified pretest, since Oct 27 2025 - was 135/10), 225 minutes, pass = 72 on FINRA's equated 0-100 scale (our mock grades percent-correct against 72/90-of-125 as an explicit, stated proxy - never a claim to FINRA's equating algorithm), 4-option MCQ, no guessing penalty, fee $395 (updatable - read two ways on finra.org this build, refute-resolved). REGISTRATION LATCH: the Series 7 alone registers nobody - SIE + Series 7 + Form U4 firm sponsorship are all required; the SIE needs no sponsor, the Series 7 does. Official function weighting - F1 Exam Scope & Registration 7%, F2 Opens/Updates Accounts 9%, F3 Provides Information & Makes Recommendations 73% (options/munis/debt/equity live here), F4 Processes Transactions incl. Margin 11%. This pack ships an 81-item authored-corpus bank (1:1 with 81 knowledge-graph facts) and presents ONE honest 125-item mock (S7-MOCK-A) plus a reshuffled retake (S7-MOCK-B) - both forms drawn from the same 81-item pool with disclosed controlled repeats, never framed as two independent forms. Companion exams (SIE - the entry co-requisite; Series 6 - the set-menu scope mirror; Series 63/66 - NASAA state-law registration most S7 reps also sit) are named for scope only; no drill corpus for any of them ships here. Original analogous practice items; no FINRA exam content is reproduced. Not affiliated with or endorsed by FINRA.
- Series 6 Exam Coach: Built to the FINRA Series 6 Content Outline (c)2020, current edition, and public Rule text (registration category FINRA Rule 1220(b)(7)), fetched and refute-confirmed 2026-07-08: 55 questions administered (50 scored + 5 unidentified pretest), 90 minutes, pass = 70 on a 0-100 equated scale applied to the 50 scored items (~35 of 50), 4-option MCQ, no guessing penalty, fee $100 (has moved before - always confirm). REGISTRATION LATCH: the Series 6 alone registers nobody - SIE + Series 6 + Form U4 association with a FINRA member firm are all required; the SIE needs no sponsor, the Series 6 does. Official function weighting - F1 Seeks Business 24%, F2 Opens Accounts 16%, F3 Provides Information/Recommendations/Records 50% (half the exam), F4 Obtains/Verifies Transactions 10%. This pack ships a 100-item bank (2x the real per-function scored counts) so its two mock forms are FULLY NON-OVERLAPPING (0/50 shared scored items) - two genuine exams, not a retake. FINRA publishes NO pass rate for this exam; any prep site quoting one is guessing. Companion exams (S7 - all securities products, 125Q/3h45m/pass 72/$395; SIE - the entry co-requisite; S63 - the NASAA state-law registration most S6 reps also sit) are named for scope only; no drill corpus for any of them ships here. Original analogous practice items; no FINRA exam content is reproduced. Not affiliated with or endorsed by FINRA.
- Series 63 Exam Coach: Built to the NASAA Series 63 Test Specifications (effective June 12, 2023) and Study Guide (September 1, 2023 ed.) as published by NASAA and administered by FINRA: 65 questions delivered (60 scored + 5 unscored pretest, blended and indistinguishable - treat all as live), 75 minutes, pass = at least 43 of 60 scored (~71.67%), fee $147, no prerequisite or corequisite to sit (FINRA: 'None') - though state agent REGISTRATION also requires a rep exam (SIE + Series 6 or 7) and firm sponsorship; the 63 alone registers nobody. Official domain weighting - Ethical Practices & Obligations 25%, Communication with Customers & Prospects 20%, Regulation of Agents of Broker-Dealers 13%, Regulation of Broker-Dealers 12%, Remedies & Administrative Provisions 11%, Regulation of Securities & Issuers 9%, Regulation of Investment Advisers 5%, Regulation of Investment Adviser Representatives 5%. The exam tests the Uniform Securities Act of 1956 AS AMENDED BY NASAA - explicitly NOT the 2002 rewrite. NASAA items are copyrighted and secret - no official practice set exists; every item in this product is original, built to the outline. NASAA/FINRA publish NO pass rate; any prep site quoting one is guessing. Retakes 30/30/180 days, 120-day scheduling window. Exam fees, the outline edition, and NASAA model-rule numbering are NASAA/FINRA-set and change - verify the current nasaa.org and finra.org materials before testing. Original analogous practice items; no NASAA or FINRA exam content is reproduced. Not affiliated with or endorsed by NASAA or FINRA.
- Series 66 Exam Coach: Built to the NASAA Series 66 content outline and the Uniform Securities Act (the NASAA model act), with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Securities Acts of 1933/1934, and SEC/IRS rules. NASAA writes the Series 66 - the Uniform Combined State Law Examination - and FINRA administers it. The exam is 110 items (100 scored + 10 unscored pretest, blended), 150 minutes, pass = 73 of 100 scored (73%) - the highest cut in the FINRA/NASAA family; fee $177. The Series 7 (+SIE) is a co-requisite to register as both a securities agent and an investment adviser representative; passing the 66 removes any need for the 63 or 65, and either order is allowed. The outline edition (weighting 8/17/30/45), the SEC-vs-state AUM thresholds and qualified-client tests, the annual tax figures (RMD age 73, rising to 75 in 2033), and the fee can change - verify current NASAA/FINRA materials before testing. Original analogous items; no NASAA exam content is reproduced.
- Series 65 Exam Coach: Built to the NASAA Series 65 Test Specifications (effective June 12, 2023) as published by NASAA and administered by FINRA via TESS self-enrollment: 130 scored questions (+10 unscored pretest, 140 delivered and indistinguishable), 180 minutes, pass = at least 92 of 130 (lowered from 94 the same date), $187, no sponsoring firm required. Official domain weighting - Client (Investment) Recommendations & Strategies 30%, Laws/Regulations/Ethics 30%, Investment Vehicle Characteristics 25%, Economic Factors & Business Information 15%. NASAA items are copyrighted and secret - no official practice set exists; every item in this product is original, built to the outline. NASAA/FINRA publish NO pass rate; any prep site quoting one is guessing. Retakes 30/30/180 days; a pass is valid 2 years to first state registration. Designation waivers (CFP/ChFC/MSFS/CFA/PFS/CIMA) substitute for the 65 only, never the 66; the 66 combined with a valid SIE and Series 7 qualifies as if the candidate passed both the 63 and the 65. Exam fees, the outline edition, AUM dollar thresholds, and tax figures are NASAA/SEC/IRS-set and change - verify the current nasaa.org and finra.org materials before testing. Original analogous practice items; no NASAA or FINRA exam content is reproduced. Not affiliated with or endorsed by NASAA or FINRA.
