Privacy

This policy describes what Pass Securities Exams (operated by DataPig LLC) actually collects and why.

Account (Clerk). Sign-in is handled by Clerk, our authentication provider. Clerk stores your email address and sign-in credentials; we never see your password. Your account record also carries which courses you purchased, at what tier, and when — that is what unlocks your paid content on any device.

Payments (Stripe). Purchases are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We receive only a confirmation of the purchase (course, tier, amount) so we can unlock your access and honor the 24-hour refund window.

Study progress. Your study progress — modules studied, quiz scores, review queue — is stored locally in your browser (localStorage), per course. It is not sent to a server. Clearing browser data, switching devices, or using another browser profile resets it.

Telemetry (/api/track). If you arrive from one of our YouTube videos, we record a small set of token-only funnel events (landing viewed, paywall viewed, checkout started, purchase unlocked, first practice) tied to a random first-party id. The endpoint rejects any payload containing personal data — no email, no name, no account id, no IP is stored. Organic visits emit nothing.

Support email. If you send feedback or a refund request, your message and account email go to our support inbox so we can reply and process it.

No ads, no data sales. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not sell or share your data with data brokers.

Contact. Privacy questions or deletion requests: support@passsecuritiesexams.com. Deleting your Clerk account removes your account data; local study progress lives only in your browser.
